      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4520222"&gt;@Derbyram&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;multiple possible reasons but assuming the TV can see the Sky network if you have a white Sky hub go into the My Sky app and find the hub's adavanced settings and check thst the WiFi security is set to WPA2 rather than WPA3-T as some TVs nitably from Samsung wont connect to that newer higher security level.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
