      <description>&lt;P&gt;My router is showing as 'connected to WiFi' but there is no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;sky diagnostic check seems to think it's working properly, but this is clearly not the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been with sky 2 months and am feeling very dissatisfied with the problems I have faced within this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
