Ont missing cable

Missing Ont power cable, we were supposed to be up and running today. Struggled all day trying to get contact with sky. Any idea how I can get one through sky as I believe that's the only thing holding us back.

@Sam_Jade You need to call sky report it missing to them and they can organise the time for the next available Engineer to install one for you!

I didn't think you'd need an engineer to get and put a power cable from the wall into the Ont box. Would it not just be from a normal power plug to the box?

@Sam_Jade It's not a normal as there are many different types! The ONT and it's PSU are the property of Openreach, when missing or faulty then they have to deal with it, not sky!
