Internet/WIFI dropping off

I can see my Internet keeps dropping off. My ring cameras are currently off and mobile devices not connecting. I think WiFi boosters maybe would assist this problem. As a new customer are your able to assist/provide these ?

As this is where customers help each other you will need to either call or use social media to get in touch with them about this.
