      <description>Moving home this week, when I tracked my move it says I have had a conversion kit delivered. I can't find anything? Is it me or should I have recieved a box or is it something sky do in the air?</description>

&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3138000"&gt;@Highlinder&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;indicates, if you are moving to FTTP, already have a Sky Broadband Hub and don't opt to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement to the account then Sky just send out an ethernet cable to connect the Hub to the ONT ('fibre modem')&lt;/P&gt;</description>
