topic WiFi completely not working! in Broadband

WiFi has not been working at all for around 15 minutes now, when the sky broadband checker on here says everything is fine (that's clearly broken as well). This has happened quite frequently in the past 2 years, since this apparent "upgrade" as they call it, when it never happened prior to that. I find it quite ironic how sky in recent years charges the earth compared the prior years, when in actual fact the service and product has actually gone down quite drastically! Don't think I'll be renewing my contract next time!!!

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.
