Trying to watch Netflix my tv tells me I have no network connection. Yet my hub has the white light on and I am able to use the internet. I ran a check on your website and got told you could access my hub and devices set up ok. Confused!

If your other devices are working then have you tried turning off then back on again your TV, if this doesn't fix it then try the same with your broadband hub.

When I first go into the network menu it says not connected under wi fi connection. So I click on that and the next level menu shows ON with a green indicator next to it showing that wi fi is on. I scroll down to my hub name and get asked to enter the password which I do. It then says unable to connect to internet.
