If there's a line fault then it's not going to be resolved at this time on a Sunday night (or, frankly, any other day of the week at this time)

I'm not impressed tbh. When I first joined it was superb but over the last couple of months it is gradually getting worse. Always dropping out or really slow. When I go online to "Test" the connection it always says there is no problems but that clearly isn't the case. Very disillussioned with it now.
