      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact Sky using the Contact Us link at rhe bottom of the page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any faults with the ONT will need an engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check the fibre is connected (green plug) and the white fibre is undamaged. Either way you will need an engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phone them, email and chat is the slowest way to get an engineer visit sorted out. Openreach aim to resolve faults in 2 working days from the report of a fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
