topic Constant pixalation in Broadband

I have followed every guide sky give for constant pixelation on every channel and app and still it does this constantly. Sports are unwatchable and speed when checked through Netflix are over 500. Router reset, puck and router restarted, settings reset. Any idea how I can fix this as it's becoming more and more regular and TV is unwatchable when it happens. May have to leave sky if this can't be sorted.

It's important to understand there are fundamentally different technologies involved.

Pixelation only on live channels is typically a satellite signal issue relating to a misaligned dish, faulty LNB or problematic dish cable.

Pixelation only on streaming apps may be related to bandwidth arriving at the address or WiFi from router to main Sky box.

Pixelation seen on live, streaming and recording playback is almost certainly an HDMI cable issue.
