      <title>Broadband Acivation Date Confirmation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been emailed a provisional activation date for installing Sky Full Fibre 150 this Friday, 31st October,&amp;nbsp; now less than a week away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find any reference to the order in the MYSKY account - so how am I supposed to track it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I receive or have received another email confirming the date and approximate time of the engineer's visit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does he bring the router? I'm with Toob via Citifibre at present.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What number should I call to sort this? My broadband deal with Toob ends on Friday, and I do not want to be left without service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hubs are posted out to arrive a few days before the activation date.&amp;nbsp; If you already have a CityFibre circuit then there shouldn't be any need for installer attendance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The extract from that e-mail is "&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Your Sky Broadband will be activated on 10 March.&lt;/STRONG&gt;" It happened then! Connection from the CF ONT plugs into the WAN connection of whatever sky Hub you are getting!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
