I have a friend in the building who is with Now Tv powered by Sky, and has a good deal, so I'm looking to go with the same provider. When putting in the postcode and selecting my flat number, it says not available ... how is that possible when two of us are in the same building and one is able to get the connection? She's one floor above me!
