I called today as I am moving in ( Friday 24th October ) as the engineer was supposed to come on the following Monday and I need internet for work. I was then told that nothing had been booked in and the soonest date they could do was the 7th of November. I then spoke to someone from customer services who said that there was a fault with the website and that it does not always work so it isn't their fault and i should've screenshotted it.
