&lt;P&gt;Nothing Sky can do will change hard-set software configuration on other (non-Sky) devices.&amp;nbsp; However it's certainly possible that changes Sky makes on its own hardware and upstream network could cause non-Sky devices to have problems where none existed previously.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;During an actual outage, by definition various things aren't going to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I guess one possible exception is if external IP address is being read into software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
