If the problem is the hub losing connection to thhe exchange (lights on the hub change see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-max-hub-blue" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-max-hub-blue&lt;/A&gt;) then run the servicecchecker as it can offer to book an engineer to check your line. If it doesnt call Sky to see if they can do so manually.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However if the issue is just poor WiFi coverage in your home there is litle Sky can do other than supply a booster if you pay for their WiFi Max add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
