      <title>Broadband speed reduction</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Normal speed is 27MBPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently the speed has dropped to 14 MBPS and averages 21 MBPS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why has this reduced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
