topic Sky Broadband Speed in Broadband

So, I've had Sky broadband for the past year (since I moved into my place). It's always been slightly slow but never been an issue as such...until today. It's taken me 40 minutes to watch 20 minutes of a programme on tv due to it constantly buffering and saying it has no internet connection.

I've then been on the my Sky app and checked in which it says there's a fault with my broadband. Then does the whole unplug and plug thing again in which I have done. It then says problem fixed however it's not fixed and states in the app the connection is poor?

I've attempted to phone them but after a robot telling me to do the same thing the app was doing I gave up.

Does anyone know where I stand regarding this? Or what the ways to go about this is?

I've attached the screenshots from the app also. Thank you to any suggestions!

@Freya26 You should just call sky, have them check and diagnostic from there end to see if the can find a fault, then they can organise what is needed. Does look like you have a current line problem though! Dial 150 from your landline but you do have to hold on to get a CS agent!
