&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband keeps dropping</title>

      <description>There was a problem on my area last week. This took a couple of days to fix. Since then my broadband is dropping multiple times a day, it recovers and is only put for about a minute but keeps doing it. I have all the times and date I have noticed it happened, latest was around 10 minutes ago 21:50 on 20/10. Nothing has changed inside my house this is only happening since the network fault last week. Can it be looked at as it is affecting our service.</description>
