@Pete187 most likely cause is WiFi inteference from your neighbours' networks. If you use a WiFi analyzer app on an Android phone or a windows laptop you can see all of the networks within range a signal on the same or adjacent channel will cause issues if it is strong enough. Streaming video is sensitive to packet loss which is highly if there is interference.

The so,ution is to improve the WiFi signal in the area of your home you are streaming to. Sky can provide WiFi extendeds as part of tgeir WiFi Max package.

You can find rebooting the hub can help as it causes the hub to find the least congested channel but this iis likely a temporary solution. Blocks of apartments can easily have 8 or 10 networks within range, houses are less affected but unless you are 10s of metres from your neighbours some interference is likely but there can be other sources such as your own wireless kit and even electrical equipment if it is faulty.
