Hub delivered to wrong addresx

My sky box was delivered the day we went on holiday (29th September) it was delivered to the wrong address, picture taken as proof of delivery was very blurred.

My neighbour did not see anything had been delivered

You will have to speak to Sky if it has been delivered to the wrong address so they can get another one sent out to you so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
