&lt;P&gt;Essentially no: it appears that in areas with compatible CityFibre infrastructure it will be that which is used (and most of the country will never have CityFibre availability at all)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sky Broadband over CityFibre users do enjoy the benefit of much faster upload speeds than are possible on Openreach circuits, in addition to those frankly ludicrous headline download speed bands.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not everyone gets CF all over there supplied area, and anyway few issues going on currently getting sorted out!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
