We had an issue with our sky TV connection and had a TV engineer out today. He commented on how the signal to the TVs was glitching and buffering. This has been going on some time. He checked the WiFi speed and informed us we should be getting 100mbps but we are getting 12-14. We have followed all the online guides and have been on the phone with sky before about this for nearly an hour resetting everything and nothing has changed. The engineer stated we needed to book an Open Reach Engineer to sort the problem.
