      <title>Broadband Setup Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky AI voice on telephone performed a Broadband check, and said that there is an Issue with the Home Setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Furthermore, when using devices, e.g., Xbox the Ping often goes from approx. 5 to Wifi Issues / Lost connectivity and approx 200 Ping, for short durations, interupting the game via lost signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The installer who fitted our broadband may have caused a faulty wire.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky have arranged engineering assistance if unable to resolve internally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ping normally 3-5, but spikes to 250 Ping for a few seconds, regularly. Unideal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Conntinous ideal Ping and repair/amendment hopefully doable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
