Hello, we change to fibre on Monday with a new white hub setup. On the day there was issues with getting the box to activate, which lead to the engineer contacting sky. Sky wanted the engineer to remain at my home for possibly up to an hour for a call back, whilst ringing their line manager it connect. At first it was great but seen it's been difficult at times with device disconnecting, or being connected but no internet!
