Dog has chewed through my purple DSL cable, do Sky replace these? Or is there somewhere I can purchase a new one?

That's either 'RJ11 to RJ11' (if the ends are the same size) or 'RJ11 to BT jack' (if they are not)

Both varieties are widely available online: there are numerous Sky-branded examples on eBay, but a generic one should work just fine.
