&lt;P&gt;That's either 'RJ11 to RJ11' (if the ends are the same size) or 'RJ11 to BT jack' (if they are not)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Both varieties are widely available online: there are numerous Sky-branded examples on eBay, but a generic one should work just fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
