Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Anyone else having problems with internet connection?
for the last week around 7.30pm (whilst watching anything on BBC iplayer, Netflix or Sky channels themselves) the program lags then stops, screen goes blank, then a message to say that we have lost connection. Check the sky modem and sure enough 2 of the lights are green and the others orange. 5 mins later the program is back on but 5-10 mins later the same happens. This continues until around 9pm. Does anyone know if there is work being done? I'm considering cancelling my sky broadband and tv subscription as it's becoming a joke.

I had the same issue at around 10pm, the signal was going up and down, I immediately went to the app to run a test and check if any issues in our area, but I found it ironic or maybe just a coincidence but as soon as I clicked on the test the issue sorted itself out. I shall be keeping an eye on this one 👺👺
