You might want to check what security protocol your printer uses, ( WPA3 for example) and ensure the router is using the same one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded to Full Fibre with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything OK&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; TVs / Fones / Sky Box , , , , except :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My HP Envy 5640 will not now print anything at all - It printed from my computer or mobile phone by Bluetooth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New Router details added to printer and computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bluetooth is ON . . . . New Router details / name / password entered onto printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Read somewhere that printer needs software upgrade to accept full fibre info ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tried one last time and re-installed it . . . . . IT WORKS !!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shhhhhhh . . . . its my 73rd birthdy next month . . . . it's come early!!!! . . . .
