    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our broadband crashed in mid September, dropping from 60 to 20 Mb/s.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After endless calls for a month, we are now back above 50 Mb/s...however...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Sky Max Pod has stopped working and there is very poor WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no facility to return the dead Pod to get a replacement...or is there?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You would need to run through the online troubleshooting for it. When you are unable to fix it there should be an option to order a replacement&lt;/P&gt;</description>
