First, you need to check if you have a live broadband connection to your router:

—

Openreach FTTP ONT modem:
https://www.bt.com/help/landline/lights-on-the-openreach-modem

The Nokia modem is the latest openreach ONT.

Cityfibre FTTP ONT modem:
https://freeola.com/support/cityfibre-ont.html

—

Then check if your router is working:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

—

Then check the sky service:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker/broadband

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker/broadband/checks

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker/wifi/checks (don’t need to do if you have turned wifi off e.g. to use your own mesh system)

—

Then with this info call sky
