    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi DomCoop7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've set my broadband shield to custom, the apps I was having issues with are now loading. This needs to be looked into by Sky, as surly it should not be affecting the MySky app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 apps that won't load via WiFi on a Honor 400 Pro, yet they connect through mobile data. Can any one advise, I tried uninstalling the apps and re installing them&amp;nbsp; but&amp;nbsp; the same thing happens. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is typically caused by broadband shield, however if they are obscure apps it could be something else too. As mentioned, trying disabling broadband shield first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Agreed, the issues with the Shield being too agressive initally has been raised before but Sky havent made any changes yet&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Rather than disabling the feature, I set mine to 18 and everything seems to be functioning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
