      <description>&lt;P&gt;Service checker is saying everything looks fine. All green lights are on the router everything connected and set up properly but we cannot connect to the WiFi. I paid my overdue bill last night and normally it's automatically comes on straight after??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As well as paying the bill have you also setup your payment method again , if so try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've tried all this and still cannot connect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anybody I can sctuallly speak to instead of getting referred back to service tracker everytime&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im running out of data and need the WiFi back up and running asap&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
