Hi. Over the last week or so I've noticed my WI fi has become unstable. Even iPlayer was buffering! I've done all the checks and it says everything's ok. Should I reboot my router?

It is worth rebooting it so leave it off for 10 minutes before powering it back up and wait a further few minutes before seeing what now happens with your devices.

Thank you for your advice, sadly,it's made no difference and am often forced to use my data on 4g instead. It's so slow, especially in the evening. Karen

I've looked at the service checker and it's fairly consistant. I think it may be the router. Don't know what to do about that, really. It's not been too bad lately following the reboot. Thanks for the advice.
