Broadband for one week- as of today!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;No more updates - apart form the week old message that it should be resolved in 48 hours. I can not get to speak to a human. I have tried in many ways- hours of attempts. Massive impact on my ability to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;how can we get updates? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sky usually quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time as this is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault. Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in up to 85% of cases.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
