topic Broadband constantly dropping in Broadband

Our broadband drops out multiple times a week, sometimes even multiple times a day. We've had the router replaced and it resolved the issues for a few weeks. Then an engineer came out to replace a cable into the router and it dropped again the very next day. Now it frequently drops and I am unable to work from home. It's now at the point that it isn't worth us paying as we are not getting what we have paid for. The last few times it has dropped, I've had a pop up on my phone where click "let's fix this" without changing anything at home (not restarting like it has asked or take out/replug wires) and once i click that it miraculously comes back on after a minute or so. This tells me there is a problem at skys end not ours, because you're having the reconnect something? It's really stressing us out as we have two people who work from home here dependent on the internet for frequent meetings so we cannot afford for it to keep being so unreliable.

Hi @O1i

The best thing you can do is to call Sky to report it again. If the line was changed and your still seeing the issue it must be related to router or equipment further down the line.
