<title>topic Creating a new account for an address in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Creating-a-new-account-for-an-address/m-p/5115608#M524922</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up broadband but as I am going through I get a message saying "Looks like we found an account associated with your address. Please enter the valid email address linked to the account in order to continue with your order". I am assuming a previous owner had a sky account. Obviously I don't know the previous tenant and therefore I don't know the email address. I tried phoning the number the error provided but it said my phone number is not connected to an account. I can't make an account, therefore my phone number cannot possibly be connected to one. Someone please let me know how to sort this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
