      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to raise this with Sky, as this is a customer to customer portal. Openreach don't speak to end users you have to do it through your ISP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check your order status under your Sky Account profile, although this may not upated straight away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They operate a compensation system for missed appointments, quiet often due to the engineer having too many appointments or they overun, annoying to say the least!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
