    <description>&lt;P&gt;At 12.25 my internet and broadband went down, mysteriously your online tests indicate everything is fine, but nothing is working. As standard with Sky you say everything is good your end it must be customers fault. Well there is no storm, no lightning strike, no power surge, no electrical failure, no interference with any of the units it's just gone dead&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt; customer&lt;/STRONG&gt; discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
