Broadband shield not working

Broadband shield used to work. It is no longer blocking, eg adult content, I have tried PG, teens and custom. But whichever I choose adult content, and I mean full adult content, is being delivered to pc and phones.

@mdh1 Then you need to call sky about it and report it is not working on your account!

These are easily bypassed by somone who know what to change!

If the DNS settings in the router have been altered away from the default Sky settings then the contect won't be filtered as you expect.

Not suggesting that this is what has happened but its a possability!
