See the link below to give you some idea, so far it may be possible that you are on a copper fttc connection, as described by you and that may have been a Master Phone socket swap out, common first step for a OR Engineer to do! No dial tone on a connected phone depending on what type off connection that you have may be nothing to do with the broadband signal!

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Three possible scenarios for you if copper connected and NOT on a digital connected phone line currently.

1.

Hi all, we are very frustrated with our internet dropping out at the same time every morning at 9.27 am and sometimes at 10.47 am, we had an engineer out yesterday and he changed the wall plate that comes into the house as we didn't have a dialling tone, once this was fixed he thought he had fixed the issue, it dropped out again this morning at 9.27 am so we still have the same issue, please help!

Thanks for the reply, I haven't noticed any change in the colour on the router I will have to take note next time it happens......We just sit and wait for 2/3 minutes then it automatically comes back on.....It's a pain as the wife works from home, I have just turned the WiFi off on the computer and now just running off an Ethernet cable to the computer? Do you think this may solve the issue?
