&lt;P&gt;It could be overnight maintenance&amp;nbsp;taking place and the fact it has two nights running suggests this is what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I think it's definitely not maintenance. The first internet cutoff was at 7:30 p.m., when traffic is at its peak. The fact that it's a Friday evening is very sad, as that's when most people use the internet. Then, another cutoff occurred around 11:30 p.m.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>
