WiFi dropping

the WiFi is dropping on our phone constantly throughout the day. I have now even though home used my data , bought more & it's nearly gone again.
it's fine for tv but phones aren't loading

But the idea of WiFi is it takes over from data & uses that !!??
need to call customer services I think

@Amanda672 Correct and true if it works and your mobile or the sky Hub are playing nice together but sky are available 8am to 8pm closed now!
