&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact Sky who will go through some troubleshooting first before an engineer visit is considered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remember that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers wfh to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot hold teams call and some gaming crashes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear sky team, I'm afraid my sky Internet has not performed over the last few weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried resetting and unplugging the router, but we are experiencing a lot of disruption. In particular we are unable to hold any teams calls in our house and some of the gaming that our children are playing is cutting out during the games.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have Internet at the end of the garden which seems to be perfect and unaffected but don't have any good signal in the house. I'd like to request an engineer to come out and have a look at this please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
