If there is an issue in your area then it should be reported here:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Hi my WiFi is slow since the storm last week sometimes works sometimes will load very slowly. Sometimes Netflix can't open. Do I need an engineer or do I need to wait for sky to fix a problem in my area?

This reply was no help since I was asking if there is a known problem in the area and you replied by telling me if there's a problem to report it on a link as if I knew there was a problem. I had done all the line testing online & it came back asking me what the problem was rather than telling me if there's a was a fault found it not. I find sends the customer around in circles. I have rang but need to wait overnight to see if service comes back fully. Always waiting nothing gets fixed very fast with sky but my high subscription is always paid very promptly from my side.
