Hi my broadband was ment to be activated yesterday but it still hasn't activated is there a reason for this how do resolve it as I can only seem to talk to a bot. Kinda worries me about how well my sky experience is going to be if they can't get me up and running on the date they provided.. and seem quite difficult to speak to a human.

@RogueFox activation does fail in a % of cases there are various reasons for this which often needs some work to correct an issue. If you call Sky this morning they should be able to tell you more as the network operator Openreach or City Fibre who do thecwork should have reported over night. When calling stay on the line and dont accept offers of help from the bit.
