    <description>Yes I ran the line test more than once. It keeps saying it is fine and all good although it is not and has been intermittently now affecting my television.</description>

      <description>My phone keeps lagging, my phone cuts out even when on WiFi calling. My app will not work and says not connected to the Internet, when apparently I have full WiFi? I tested my network connection on my 02 app and it says that you cant upload to the Internet and yet the sky broadband and WiFi say its fine. There clearly is an issue.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you run this line test:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
