      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had engineer come.&amp;nbsp; Said wifi fi fine.&amp;nbsp; It isn't keeps dropping. Engineer coming back tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; Thinking changing to BT.&amp;nbsp; Asked if I have medical issues.&amp;nbsp; Told them it's none of their business paying for service that's not happening and engineer not to do job&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4495445"&gt;@Catlady666&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the reason for the question is probsbly to check if you hsve any medical equipment or alarms which require use od an analgue phone connection. It is a standard question. It also helps establish if you havecan additional support needs. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Switching to BT means any line issues will move with uou as both Sky and BT ( now trading as EE for broadband) use Openreach lines.&lt;/P&gt;
