The white hub's by default operates on a basis of 8 customers shating a single IP4 address. This can upset some business VPN systems. Initially try simply enabling uPnP which switches the hub to a 1;1 share which often works UPnP set up

For work we use an OKTA authorised open vpn connection. Today my sky router was upgraded from the old grey one to a white sky max router which does everything perfectly except allow me to access URL's through the VPN.

The VPN connects fine, but all the sites behind it cannot be found and return an address not found error

I still have the old router and when I switch back , everthiung is available again.

Maybe I'm not expolaining it correctly, but after finally manage=ing to get to speak to a technical resource, I was told there was nothing they can do.

I feel that, given the above, This must be something to do with a default setting on the new router. Can anyone give me some guideance on what I can do here?

Thank you for your help.

I tried what you said, enabled uPnp but the sharing ratio is still set to 8:1
