Hi, I was sent a new broadband box. I was traveling last week. It says it was delivered but I do not have this. Please can you help

Did the courier take a photo of the delivery or did they perhaps leave it either a neighbour so have you spoken to the courier which is usually Royal Mail.

No I have no information only that it says it was delivered.

Once sent out you can usually track its progress. The postie will usually leave it hidden if no one is in as you don't need to sign for it. The card through the letterbox should tell you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.

I've checked everywhere and no slip through the door. I live in London so there is no safe place for it to be placed 🫠
