      <title>Miscategorisation of websites</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Miscategorisation-of-websites/m-p/5108912#M523158</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;We've been operating a client branded website and the client IT team have had an issue with the site being pegged as a phishing site. They've gone to all of the sites that normally state this and added that it's not and made adjustments to their website URL. Some of my colleagues can now go onto the site without any issues, however when using Sky Wi-Fi it blocks the site and, handily, the miscategorisation link allows you to fill in the information and then breaks when you try to submit it...&amp;nbsp; On mobile data the site is absolutely fine and there are no problems with accessing it, however I don't have the signal strength to run my work computer off my phone data. The AI chat couldn't deal with it and the Sky online chat it directed me to is also not working. Does anyone know of a way to get a URL miscategorised with Sky that works?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
