      <title>wi-fi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;power and wi-fi light on green but internet connection light on still orange / amber. tried unplugging and re plugging back in, tried reset button, tried checking if wires are not plugged in properly, still the same result&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've exactly the same No wifi although saying all ok with green light. No devices attached cannot get hold of sky !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
